"my husband and I moved into this beautiful unit last year, it is lovely throughout the cold months as well as the warmer months as it is north facing. With plenty of street parking, an outdoor patio area, mini back yard with a clothes line, Fisher and Paykel dishwasher and shared laundry with Fisher and Paykel dryer and washing machine + large storage spaces, this place has it all! Not to mention the attic for all your storage needs, the beautifully spacious kitchen counters, large pantries and wardrobe. This unit is new and modern by design, equipped with large back sliding doors, remote controlled blinds for the windows and so much more! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live, the unit is amazing and the landlords themselves are also quite special. Very friendly and accommodating, able to have as much or as little interaction as you would like. We know that the next tenant/s will absolutely love this funky little place!
